MySpace Friend ID

As you know by now, the Friend ID forms the basis of your MySpace ordeals. You must possess your friend id if you plan to use any of the MySpace Generators. Along with your own Friend ID, you must also know the Friend IDs of all your friends if you plan to use the Super Top 8 generators. So, here is how to find the Friend IDs:-

I. MySpace Method

1. The MySpace Method to get your OWN Friend ID:
a) Login to your MySpace Profile.
b) Have a look under the ‘Tell people about your MySpace’ column at the left.
c) Your Friend ID is the number after your URL i.e., ‘66687600’ http://www.myspace.com/66687600. However, it must be noted that the Friend ID is always a number. If your URL
is something like http://www.myspace.com/yourname (Direct URL), then that is not your Friend ID. In this case you need to follow Method (2).

2. . The MySpace Method to get your OWN/your friend’s Friend ID:
a) Login to your profile and click on "View My Profile".
b) Look at the Profile URL / Address Bar and get your Friend ID number. Your friend ID is the 8 digit number right after the ‘friendID=’
Remember, just the numbers, not the whole URL. E.g.: 30235363.
c) You can use the same method to get the Friend ID of your friends. Just view their profiles and get their Friend ID from the address bar of your browser.

II. Htmate Friend ID decoder

1. Login to your profile and right-click on "View My Profile" and choose Copy Shortcut (IE) or Copy Link Location (Netscape/Firefox).
2. Paste the URL in the box provided and click ‘Get Friend ID’ button.
3. Similarly to get the Friend ID of your friends, copy the Profile URL or the Direct URL to their profiles and go to step (2).
4. Copy the Friend ID.

III. R4WR Friend ID decoder

Use this decoder to get anyone’s MySpace Friend ID. You can use the “View My Profile” URL or the direct URL to the profile you wish to know the Friend ID of.
1. Login to your profile and right-click on "View My Profile" and choose Copy Shortcut (IE) or Copy Link Location (Netscape/Firefox).
2. Paste the URL in the box provided and click ‘Submit’ button.
3. Similarly to get the Friend ID of your friends, copy the Profile URL or the Direct URL to their profiles and go to step (2).
4. Copy the Friend ID.

IV. PimpMyArea Friend ID decoder

This is yet another Friend ID decoder. All you need to do is to give it the URL to your own or your friend’s profile and it will give you the respective Friend ID.

1. Login to your profile and right-click on "View My Profile" and choose Copy Shortcut (IE) or Copy Link Location (Netscape/Firefox).
2. Paste the URL in the box provided and click ‘Get my Friend ID’ button.
3. Similarly to get the Friend ID of your friends, copy the Profile URL or the Direct URL to their profiles and go to step (2).
4. Copy the Friend ID.
